Pricing & plans
- Is it really one flat price?
- Yes. One plan covers your whole company, with unlimited users and every module. We never charge per seat, and there are no priced-up add-ons to unlock the rest of the suite.
- What's included?
- All of it. CRM, finance, HR, and support ship in the one plan, running on shared records so a contact, an invoice, a ticket, and a new hire all live in one place.
- Do you charge per user?
- Never. Add your whole team, and everyone they hire next, at no extra cost. That flat, never-per-seat pricing is the whole point.
- What's the difference between Spodus Cloud and self-hosting?
- Same suite, different operator. Spodus Cloud is fully managed, we host, update, and back it up for a flat $29/month or $290/year. Self-hosting is a one-time license from $399: you get the full source and run it on your own infrastructure. Unlimited users either way.

- How do I get started?
- Self-serve signup is live. Click Start free to create your Spodus Cloud workspace in minutes, it's the flat, unlimited-user plan with every module included. Already have an account? Sign in.
- What do I get when I sign up?
- The full suite, day one, CRM, finance, HR, and support on shared records. One flat plan, unlimited users, every module. No per-seat pricing and no tiers to unlock the rest.
- How do I move my data over?
- There's a CSV import wizard to bring records in fast, plus step-by-step migration guides for coming from tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. Nothing breaks on the way in.
Self-hosting
- Can I still self-host and own the source?
- Yes. If you'd rather run it yourself, buy Spodus once under a one-time license from $399, get the complete source code and a perpetual license, and deploy it on your own servers. Same suite, your infrastructure.
- What do I need to run it myself?
- It ships with Docker and one-command setup. You'll need a host (Node 20+) and a PostgreSQL database. The docs walk through every step. Where can you host it? Anywhere that runs Node or Docker, your own cloud, a VPS, or your laptop.
- What if I'm not technical?
- Take Spodus Cloud and we run everything for you, no servers to manage. Or, if you want to own it but not deploy it, add the done-for-you launch and we stand it up on your infrastructure and hand you a live URL.
Services & support
- Do you offer ongoing support?
- Spodus Cloud is fully managed, so hosting, updates, and backups are handled. If you self-host, optional monthly plans keep your instance patched, monitored, and online, up to fully managed hosting with an SLA. See the support page for tiers.
- Can you build custom features?
- We do paid UI changes, new features, and integrations, quoted per project. Start an inquiry on the custom work page.
Billing & refunds
- How does billing work on Spodus Cloud, and can I cancel?
- Spodus Cloud is a flat recurring subscription, $29/month or $290/year, never per-seat, that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account billing settings; your instance stays live through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't pro-rate partial periods. You can export your data at any point, and you can always switch to owning the source and self-hosting instead. - How does payment work?
- Checkout is handled securely by Stripe, for both the flat cloud subscription and one-time self-host licenses.
- Can I get a refund on a self-host license?
- Because you receive the full source immediately, one-time license sales are generally final, but we offer a good-faith window if a product isn't as described. Spodus Cloud you can simply cancel anytime. See the refund policy for details.
