Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. Because our products are delivered as source code that you can keep, this policy explains when refunds are and aren’t available.
Product licenses
When you buy a license you immediately receive the full source code, so sales are generally final. That said, we offer a good-faith window: if the Product is materially not as described and we can’t resolve it, you may request a refund within a short good-faith window of purchase, provided you have not already deployed it to production.
Done-for-you launch & custom work
Service work is quoted per project. Refunds for services are handled per the engagement agreement; once work has started, fees are refundable only to the extent described in that engagement agreement.
Support plans
Monthly support plans can be cancelled anytime and stop at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate the final month.
Hosted subscriptions
The Hosted plan is a recurring subscription, billed at $29/month or $290/year, that renews automatically at the start of each period until you cancel. It is separate from buying a perpetual license outright, which remains a one-time purchase covered by the Product licenses section above.
Cancelling. You can cancel a Hosted subscription anytime from your account billing settings(which open the Stripe billing portal) or by emailing us. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Your hosted instance keeps running until that date, then is scheduled for shutdown.
Proration & partial periods.Because access continues through the end of the paid period, we do not pro-rate or refund unused days of a monthly or annual term once it has started. You keep what you’ve paid for; we simply stop the next renewal.
Annual plans. An annual term ($290/yr) is paid up front for twelve months. Cancelling stops the renewal at the end of that term; we do not issue partial refunds for the remainder of an annual term, except where required by law or at our discretion.
Failed payments.If a renewal payment fails, we’ll retry and notify you. If it can’t be collected, the subscription is cancelled and the hosted instance is suspended. Before any data is deleted, you can export your CRM data at any time, your data is never held hostage.
How to request a refund
Use our contact form with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
