Questions, answered
Free covers up to three people with tight limits and needs no card. Past that, Starter and Growth are per seat, per month, from a three-seat minimum. You pay for the number of people who sign in, and the rate is the same for your third person and your fiftieth. Every plan includes all five products and the AI assistant; what changes between them is capacity and control: how many workspaces, records and forms, how much storage, how many automations and runs, plus sequences, custom roles, approvals, the audit log and per-member sharing. The comparison table above lists every row.
Spodus AI runs on credits. Each answer, summary or draft uses some, depending on how much it reads and writes, and tells you how many. Free includes 250 a month for the workspace; Starter 2,000 per seat and Growth 4,000 per seat, shared by the whole workspace. They reset on the 1st and do not roll over. If you run out, an admin can buy more in Settings, and simple counts like "how many contacts do we have?" still answer. Spodus AI asks before it changes anything.
Anyone you give a login costs a seat, whatever their role. Your customers in the support portal are always free and are not counted: they hold no membership, so a busy portal never changes your bill.
You add people when you need them and the bill follows on the next invoice. There is no re-rating and no band to cross: adding someone costs one more seat at the rate you already have. Above fifty seats, Enterprise builds the plan around you.
Yes. Start on Free with up to three people, no card, for as long as you like. Or send us an export and we will load a workspace with your own data before a demo call. The importer reads CSV and spreadsheet exports, including HubSpot and Pipedrive files, so you are looking at your own clients rather than sample records.
