AI is not included, and not yet sold
Every AI action costs real money each time it runs, and how much people use it varies enormously, so AI will be priced separately rather than folded into a seat rate. There are no AI credits on any plan today and nothing to buy. We will publish rates when the assistant runs on a real model, and not before.

How does the pricing work?
Per seat, per month. You pay for the exact number of people who sign in — no seat minimums, no bundles, and one flat rate from your first person to your hundredth. Every plan includes all five modules; what changes between them is how much you can store and how much control you need. Annual is the headline price and saves at least 20% against monthly.
Who costs a seat, and who is free?
A seat is anyone who signs in. Everyone with a login is billed, whatever they use it for — closing deals, working tickets, invoicing, or only booking time off and reading a dashboard. Your customers are different: they open and track tickets in your portal without an account at all, and they are free and unlimited on every plan. So is anyone who fills in one of your public forms.
What happens when the team grows?
Your bill grows by exactly one seat, charged pro rata from the day they join, at the same rate everyone else pays. Remove someone and you are credited the same way. Past 100 people we quote rather than sell self-serve.
Is there a free trial?
There is something better: a Free plan that does not expire. All five products, up to 10 people, no card. Upgrade when you outgrow it, or do not — nothing switches off and nothing is deleted.
Monthly or annual?
Annual is the default and is billed up front, and it saves at least 20% on every plan — Growth is $7 per user a month annually against $10 monthly. Monthly is the flexible option: no commitment, cancel anytime.
