Being fair about it.
Where BambooHR fits better: it is a real HR system with the pieces we do not have. Payroll, benefits administration, applicant tracking and hiring workflows are either in it or sold as add-ons to it, and Spodus has none of them, at any plan, with no plan to add payroll. If you need payroll and benefits in the same product as your employee records, BambooHR is the right answer and this page is not arguing otherwise. Spodus covers the org chart, time off, onboarding and reviews, attached to the rest of the business.
