Agencies
Agency management software.
Agency management software is one system for running an agency: the clients, the pitches, the proposals, the work, the invoices and the client's requests.
Your agency runs on too many tools.
A CRM here, invoicing there, a help desk, a shared inbox. Every tool is another login, another bill, another copy of the client. That is what all in one agency software is for: one copy of the client.
A week in an agency, on one agency management system.
Monday’s brief to Friday’s request, with nothing re-keyed between them because they are the same client.
The brief
A new pitch enters the pipeline as a deal, on stages you named yourself rather than somebody else's funnel.
The number
The estimate goes out from that deal.
The handover
The account moves to the people delivering it, in a team channel instead of a thread half the team was left off.
The asks
Client requests arrive in one queue with an owner, a priority and a response target, instead of in whoever's email they happened to reach.
The team
The designer you hired for the account: their first-week checklist, their documents and their time off, on the same system.
What stops happening.
What stops once every product reads the same client record.
Typing the client in twice
The company, the contact and the address are entered once. The estimate, the invoice and the ticket all read the same record.
The Monday spreadsheet
Pipeline value, what was won and what is still unpaid are saved views you open, not an export somebody rebuilds every week.
Asking who owns this account
The owner, the open work, the unpaid invoices and the last request are on the company record, so nobody has to ask in a channel and wait.
Administering the stack
One place to add a person and one bill at the end of the month, instead of a renewal falling due in a different tool every few weeks.
What runs without anyone.
When a record changes, create the next record or send the email.
Spodus AI knows every client.
Ask about your agency, catch up on a client, or turn a meeting note into work. It asks before it changes anything.
Ask in plain words
Get the answer from your records, with the clients behind it.
Catch up on a client
Summarize any company: what's open, what's paid and who owns it.
Notes become work
Spodus AI proposes the tasks in a meeting note. You confirm.
Moving an agency across is a week, not a quarter.
Choose what you run first, bring the client list in, invite whoever signs in.

Questions, answered
Agency management software is one system for the business side of an agency: the client list, the pitch pipeline, proposals, the work in flight, invoices and client requests. Spodus covers each of those on one record per client. It also tracks time, retainer hours, utilisation and profit by client.
In the plain sense, yes: it is the system the agency runs on day to day. Agency operating system software is a grand name for a client record that the pipeline, the invoice and the queue all read. That is what this is. It is not a platform you build on: there is no app store and no scripting, only workflows and webhooks.
A CRM stops at the won pitch. Agency business management software carries on: the scope, the delivery, the invoice, the retainer and the requests that follow. Spodus does both on the same record, so the deal you won is the client you bill. If all you need is a pipeline, a plain CRM is simpler and you should buy that instead.
Three that matter more than any tool. Enter the client once, in one place, and make every other document read from it. Write the scope as line items, so a new ask can be compared with a list. Give every client request an owner and a date the day it arrives. Agency operations best practices are mostly about not typing the same fact twice.
Seats, tools and re-typing. Count the tools each person signs into, each with its own renewal: the cost of agency software is the number of tools times the number of people. The hidden part is the hours spent copying the client between them. Spodus is one seat per person for all five products, at a published rate.
The rate per seat is on our pricing page. It is one flat rate, the same from your third person to your fortieth, with no charge per product. Up to three people use Spodus free; paid plans start at three seats. Clients in the portal never count.
