Is there a nonprofit price?

Spodus is already low-cost: from $7 per user a month covering your whole team, and supporters who only open a ticket in your portal are free and unlimited. Reach out and we will help you find the right fit.

Do board members and volunteers cost a seat?

Yes, if you give them a Spodus login — there is no free read-only account, so anyone who signs in is a seat. On Starter that is $4 each a month billed annually, so a board of eight is $32 on top of your staff, and the rate is the same whether you have eight people or eighty. Supporters who only open a ticket in your portal never count at all.

Can we track donations and grants?

Yes. Use the CRM for donors and grants and Billing for invoices, receipts and statements, on the same records.
