Support · part of the Spodus suite

Ticket systems that know the whole account.

Spodus Support is a customer service ticket system for small teams: one shared queue, SLA timers, macros, a knowledge base and a customer portal. Every ticket carries the customer's deals and invoices, because the help desk shares its records with the CRM. Tickets arrive by email and by web form. Portal customers never cost a seat.

A ticket management system, from the request to the answer.

One queue with a clock on it, and the account already on the ticket when you reply.

01

One queue, with a clock on it.

Every request lands in the same list with an owner, a state and a target running, so a ticket cannot go quiet by being nobody's. Automated ticketing at the front door: a forwarded email or a web form opens the ticket and starts the clock, with nobody typing it in.

  • Shared queue. Every ticket in one queue, with the ticket tracking tools on the ticket itself: owner, priority, status and the clock. Nothing is quietly dropped.
  • SLAs. Targets and timers that keep first response and resolution on track for you.

02

Answer with the account in front of you.

The help desk and the CRM share one record. A reply does not start with a message to finance asking whether this customer has paid. The answers you send twenty times a week are already written.

  • Full customer context. Deals, invoices, and history on every ticket, pulled in automatically.
  • Macros & canned replies. Answer the common questions in seconds with saved, personalized responses.

03

Or let them answer it themselves.

A customer opens and tracks a request from a link with no account to create, and reads what you published without one either. Neither is a login, so neither is a seat.

  • Customer portal. Customers submit and track requests themselves, free, never a seat.
  • Knowledge base. Deflect tickets with articles customers can find and read for themselves.

One connected system

Answer with the whole account in view.

A ticket in Spodus isn't just a message, it's the customer's deals, invoices, and history, right there. No tab-hopping to the CRM or chasing finance to find out if they've paid.

  • Every ticket shows the customer's open deals and revenue.
  • See payment status inline, no message to finance required.
  • Turn a ticket into a deal or an invoice when it's really an upsell.

Frequently asked questions

Do customers cost a seat?
Never. Customers who open or track tickets in your portal are free and unlimited on every plan. You only pay for agents who work tickets. There is no free plan. Agents are the seats; customers are not.
Can I move off Zendesk?
Your macros and your knowledge base import from a file. Your open tickets do not — a ticket is a conversation, not a row — so the queue starts on the day you point your forwarding address here. SLAs and the customer portal are set up in the same place, not bought as add-ons.
Does support see billing?
Yes. Every ticket carries the customer's deals and invoices, so agents answer with the full account, including whether they've paid, in view.
How do SLAs work?
You set first-response and resolution targets per priority, and a countdown runs on every ticket from the moment it arrives. It pauses while a ticket is Pending or On-hold and stops when it is resolved. The clock counts calendar hours, so it keeps running overnight and at weekends. Anyone with Spodus open sees a ticket flagged as it nears its target, and a breach is recorded on the ticket and emailed to the workspace owner.
Can customers track their own tickets?
Yes. Every customer gets a portal where they submit a request and follow its status from a private link, with no account to create, so portal customers never count as a seat however many of them there are. It runs on a Spodus URL today — a custom domain is not built.
Does Support count as a separate product?
No. One seat unlocks all five products, Support included. The queue, SLAs, macros, portal, and knowledge base are all in the box, never add-ons or a higher tier.
Is this a help desk for agencies?
Yes. An agency runs support per client, and Spodus keeps each client on one record with its tickets, its deals and its invoices. Every client gets a portal link to raise and track requests, and portal customers never count as a seat. SLA targets are set per priority, not per client, so one promise applies to everyone; a different promise per client is not built.
What makes a support ticket system for agencies different?
The account context. A support ticket system for agencies has to show who the client is, what they pay and what was promised, before the agent replies. In Spodus the ticket sits on the client record with the retainer invoice and the deal, so the agent answers with the whole account in view rather than asking finance. Macros carry the answers you send every week.
