Spodus vs Accelo
A price you can read before you talk to anyone.
Accelo is a full professional services platform sold through a sales conversation. So is Spodus — the difference is not how it is bought but what arrives: CRM, invoicing, support, people and inbox on one record, all five on every plan.
Accelo will not tell you the price. We publish ours.
Accelo's pricing page lists no plans and no rates, only a form for a custom quote. Every Spodus rate is on the pricing page, and you can work out a year without speaking to anyone.
Accelo
PSA, quoted pricing
- No published pricing. The pricing page is a quote request, not a price list.
- No plans or rates listed, so a budget needs a sales call first.
- Sold with implementation and onboarding, on a timeline of weeks.
- Built around tracked time, which is the centre of how it bills and reports.
Spodus
The whole suite, one seat
- Every rate published. The pricing page carries the figure you will be charged.
- Three plans and one free one, so a budget is arithmetic, not a meeting.
- Sign up and start, with no call, no card and no onboarding to schedule.
- Built around the client record, with the deal, the invoice and the ticket in one place.

Why teams switch.
You can price it yourself
Every Spodus rate is published, so the cost of a year is arithmetic you can do on the pricing page rather than a number that arrives after a call.
You can start today
Free takes no card and no call. Accelo's own pricing page routes to a quote and a demo, with implementation measured in weeks.
The inbox and the people side are included
A shared team inbox, an org chart and time off are in the same seat, and neither is part of what Accelo sells.
The first number arrives after the call.
Accelo prices by module and by tier, so the cost of a year depends on which pieces you end up needing. Spodus is one rate per seat with every module included, so the quote moves with headcount and nothing else — the same rate at one seat and at a hundred.
Being fair about it.
Where Accelo fits better: running service delivery on tracked time. Retainer automation, ticket-to-invoice on logged hours, utilisation and profitability reporting are its whole reason to exist, and Spodus has none of them. There is no time tracking here at all. Accelo also ships a real public API, where Spodus offers only workflow webhooks, and it comes with implementation help that a self-serve product deliberately does not. If you run a services business on billable hours and want it configured for you, that is a genuinely different purchase from ours.
