Where do the answers go?
Two places. The form keeps a log of its latest 5,000 submissions, and each one creates a record in the object you picked: a contact, lead, deal, company or task. Automations that run when a record is created run for it too.
Can I embed a form on my website?
Not yet. Every published form has its own page and link, so you can share it or link to it from your site, but there's no embed code. File uploads, payments and multi-page forms aren't there yet either.
How do you keep spam out?
Turn on the spam honeypot: a hidden field that bots fill in and people never see, so those submissions are dropped. There's no CAPTCHA. Required questions and show/hide rules are checked again on the server, so nobody can skip them.
Do forms cost extra?
No. Forms come with every seat: up to 100 on Starter and 500 on Growth.
