A target, an owner and a date.
Name it, pick who owns it and what it measures, set where it starts and where it should end, and give it a period.
Goals · included in every workspace
Targets in money, numbers, percentages or yes/no, each with an owner and a deadline. Spodus checks progress against the calendar and marks the ones that are slipping.

Name it, pick who owns it and what it measures, set where it starts and where it should end, and give it a period.
Click the figure on any goal to change it. The ring, the track and the status catch up as soon as you press Enter.
Group goals by sales, support, finance or anything else. Open a folder and the summary above counts just those goals.
An employee's record lists the goals they own with their status and due dates. New goal from there opens with them as the owner.
Each goal is measured against how much of its period has gone. A tick on the track shows where it should be today, and the card says how far ahead or behind it is.
Revenue in dollars, a count like beta testers signed up, a satisfaction score in percent, or a yes/no milestone like shipping a project.
No. You update it yourself: click the number on a goal and type the new one, or tick a yes/no goal when it's done. Spodus doesn't pull deals or invoices into a goal yet.
By comparing progress with how much of the period has gone. Within 5 points of pace is On track, up to 20 behind is At risk, further is Behind. A yes/no goal turns At risk in the last quarter of its period.
Not yet. Every goal has one owner from your workspace. The form has a Team option, but there's no way to create teams, so assign goals to people.
Everyone in the workspace sees the same goals and folders. Goals come with every seat at no extra cost.
