Integrations

The whole list, on one page.

Spodus connects to 4 things today, and this is all of them. That is fewer than most suites advertise. Every one is something you can switch on this afternoon rather than a logo sitting behind the words "coming soon".

Migration

CSV import

Bring contacts, companies, deals and tasks in from a spreadsheet, with seven vendor presets and a duplicate check.

What it does, and does not→

Email

Gmail

Connect a Gmail mailbox over IMAP and SMTP so mail with a contact shows on their record, and reply from there.

Email

Outlook

Connect an Outlook mailbox over IMAP and SMTP, where your account and your administrator allow those protocols.

Webhooks

Give a workflow its own URL so your systems can start work in Spodus, and let a workflow call yours back.

What it does, and does not→

What is not here.

The tools people ask about most, and the truthful answer for each. Some of the noes have a way round; most do not.

Slack, Teams, Discord
No chat connector. Spodus carries its own team inbox, and a workflow's HTTP step can post into any of those tools at a URL they give you.
Zapier, Make, n8n
Not listed as apps. All three speak webhooks in both directions, so a workflow can call them and they can call a workflow, which is the usual reason people reach for one.
QuickBooks, Xero
No accounting sync. Spodus keeps invoices, bills and recorded payments; there is no double-entry bookkeeping and no bank feed here, and figures reach an accountant as a CSV.
Card payments on an invoice
Spodus has no card checkout, so an invoice cannot be settled through it. You record what you were paid, in full or in part, and the status follows.
Google Drive, Dropbox
No file-storage connector. Files attach to the record they belong to and live in Spodus, so there is no second place to go looking.
Google and Outlook calendars
Written, and switched off. It waits on credentials nobody has set, so a workspace signing up today cannot connect one, and a page for it would be a page about something you cannot use.
A marketplace of connectors
There isn't one, and there is no directory to browse. What you are reading is the whole list, which is the point of putting it on one page.

Questions, answered.

Why is this list so short?
Because it only holds things that work. A grid of familiar logos is the easiest page on the internet to build and the fastest way to lose somebody in their first week, when they click Connect and find nothing behind it. When a connector ships it gets a page here, and not before.
Can I connect Spodus to Slack, Zapier, Make or n8n?
Not by picking it from a list, because there is no such list. What you can do is build a workflow: it can post to any URL those tools give you, and any of them can start a workflow by calling its inbound URL. That covers a great deal of what people want a connector for, and it is more setup than pressing a button, so we would rather say so here than let you find out later.
Do you sync with QuickBooks or Xero?
No. Spodus keeps invoices, bills and the payments you record against them, and there is no double-entry bookkeeping, no bank feed and no accounting sync of any kind. Getting figures to an accountant today means exporting a CSV.
Can my customers pay an invoice online?
No. Spodus has no card checkout, so an invoice cannot be settled through it. What an invoice tracks is the payment you record against it, in full or in part, and whether it is due, partly paid, paid or overdue.
Is there a public API?
Not a general one. There is no published set of endpoints, no schema document and no credential you generate for yourself. A workflow can be started by a call to its own URL and can send an HTTP request out to a system you control, which is what the webhooks page describes.
What about calendar sync?
The code for Google and Microsoft calendars is written and it is switched off, waiting on credentials, so a workspace signing up today cannot connect one. It is not on this page for that reason, and we are not going to publish a date we might miss.

Fewer tools to connect in the first place.
