Views & Dashboards
One set of records, three ways to look at them.
Table for fast editing, board for dragging work through stages, calendar for what is due when. Same records underneath, so a change in one shows up in the other two.
Views in practice.
Table, board and calendar over the same records.
01
Edit right in the cell
Click a cell, type, done. Change a status, a value or an owner without opening a single record, and bulk-edit a whole column in one action.
02
Sort and filter on any field
Stack filters to cut thousands of rows down to the ten you need, and sort by date, value or owner, whatever the column holds. Save the combination as a view and switch back to it in a click.
03
Drag a card, move the record
Drag a card from one column to the next and the record's status changes with it. No form and no dropdown: pick it up and drop it.
04
Name your own columns
Set stages that match how you work: a sales pipeline, a support queue, a list of things to do. Rename, reorder, add or drop them at any time, and every column carries its count so a pile-up is obvious.
05
Every date on one calendar
Task due dates, deal close dates, invoice due dates, time off. Anything with a date lands on the same month instead of on five separate calendars, and you can narrow it to a week or a single day.
06
Drag to reschedule
Grab a record and drop it on another day to change its date. The task, the deal or the invoice updates, with no form to open and nothing to save.
One connected system
Three views, one set of records.
A view is a window, not an export. Table, board and calendar read and write the same record, so a change you make in one is already true in the other two and everywhere else in Spodus.
- Change a deal's stage in the grid and the board moves with it.
- Edit an invoice's due date in a row and it lands on the calendar.
- Reassign a ticket on a card and the queue reads the new owner.
- Deals, invoices, tickets, contacts and tasks all open three ways.
- Save a sort and a filter as a view and come back to it in a click.
- Pair a board with automations so a drag does the next step for you.
