Alternatives to Pipedrive
Won, and then what?
Nobody leaves Pipedrive because the pipeline is bad. They leave because closing a deal is the last thing it knows how to do, and the invoice, the delivery, the ticket and the renewal all happen in tools that hold a different copy of the same customer.

What actually pushes people off Pipedrive.
It is a good sales CRM. The problem starts one step past the sale.
Won is the end of the record
The deal closes and the story continues somewhere else: an invoice in accounting software, a project in a work tool, a ticket in a help desk, a renewal in a spreadsheet. Each handoff is an export, and each destination starts a new version of the customer that will disagree with the others within a month.
The rest is sold as add-ons
Capabilities beyond the sales pipeline come as separate add-ons on top of the seat. So the quoted seat price is not the number to compare: the real figure is the seat plus the add-ons you need plus the invoicing, support and HR tools that live entirely outside it.
Everyone downstream is guessing
Support cannot see what the customer was promised, finance cannot see why the discount was given, and the account manager reconstructs the deal from an email thread. That is not a Pipedrive defect, it is what a single-purpose tool means, and it stops being tolerable at about the point you hire the third person who is not in sales.
What a Spodus seat is instead.
The same pipeline, and then four more products on the same customer.
The invoice drafts on the same customer
Close a deal and the invoice starts from the record that closed, with the contact, the amounts and the tax rate already on it. Recurring schedules and paid, due and overdue tracking sit on the same customer, so finance and sales are looking at one thing. Spodus does not collect the money, you mark the invoice when it arrives, but what is owed and why lives with the deal.
The ticket knows about the deal
A support ticket on that customer shows the deal and the balance without an integration, because they are the same record. SLAs, a knowledge base and a customer portal are included, and portal customers never hold an account, so serving them never costs a seat.
Nothing sold on top
All five products are in every plan. There is no add-on for projects, no add-on for documents, no add-on for campaigns, because those are either in the seat or absent from the product. Growth is priced per seat, billed annually, with no seat minimum.
What you would be giving up.
As a pure sales tool Pipedrive is simpler and faster to live in than anything carrying five products, and that matters more than feature lists: a sales team will actually use it. Its pipeline is famously easy to learn, its sales reporting is focused, and its integration marketplace is far larger than ours, which is three integrations and a CSV importer. Spodus asks a salesperson to work in a system that also does invoices, tickets and HR, and some teams find that heavier. If sales is genuinely the only thing you need software for, staying is a defensible answer.

Pipedrive's pricing structure above was read from their own pricing page on 28 August 2026; check it for current rates, which we deliberately do not quote here. Spodus is priced per seat on both Growth and Business, billed annually, with no seat minimum. Customers in the support portal are free.
Contacts, organisations, deals.
Spodus ships a CSV importer with a Pipedrive preset, so exported contacts, organisations and deals map onto records with your stages and custom fields carried across, and duplicate detection stops the same company arriving twice. Activities come over as tasks. What gets rebuilt is automation and anything living in an add-on, which is usually less than it feels like before you list it.
