Spodus vs Wrike

Buy the team you have, not the next pack of five.

Wrike sells seats in groups and bands its plans by headcount. Spodus is one flat price per plan, and five business products instead of one work tracker.

Wrike does one job. Spodus does five.

Everything you'd bolt onto Wrike, and pay for separately, is already in one Spodus seat.

Wrike

The work management tool

Why teams switch.

No seat packs to round up to

Wrike sells users in groups of five, so the eleventh person costs you four more. Spodus is one price for the plan, capped by team size.

No plan that expires at fifteen people

Wrike's Team plan stops at 15 users and Business starts at 5, so growth means a migration. Spodus plans step by size without changing what you get.

Five products, not one tracker

Wrike tracks work. It does not hold a pipeline, raise an invoice, answer a ticket or carry an employee record.

The eleventh person costs you four more.

Wrike Team is $10 per user a month billed annually and seats are sold in groups of five, so a team of eleven buys fifteen. Spodus is $29 a month flat for up to ten people, and the next plan steps by team size rather than by pack.

Being fair about it.

Where Wrike fits better: request forms, proofing and approvals, and resource management are genuinely deeper, and for agency and marketing operations that run on intake and review cycles it is the stronger tool. Spodus has no proofing and no resource planning. If the review loop is your core process, Wrike wins it.

Questions, answered.

Can Spodus replace Wrike?
For task and project work around customers, yes: tasks, assignment, due dates, and board, table and calendar views. For proofing, approval workflows and resource planning, no. Those are not in Spodus and are among the reasons to keep Wrike.
What happens when we outgrow a plan?
You move to the next plan, which is priced by team size rather than by seat pack, and you keep every feature. There is no tier where a product is taken away.
Can we import our projects?
Yes. Export from Wrike and bring tasks and projects in by CSV or a guided import, mapped onto Spodus records.
