Support & Service

A CRM helpdesk: every request in one queue, on the customer's record.

Spodus is a CRM helpdesk for small support teams. Forwarded email, the customer portal and the form you embed on your own site all land in one shared queue. Each ticket gets an owner, a priority, a status and an SLA clock, and it sits on the same customer record as the deals and the invoices.

Ticket queue in practice.

A CRM helpdesk: every request in one assigned queue.

01

One shared queue

Email to your support address, requests from the portal, and the form on your own site all land in the same list. The whole team sees what is open, what is waiting on a reply, and what is done. That is CRM ticketing at its plainest: one list, every request.

02

Assigned to an owner

Pick an agent from the ticket itself, or let a rule set the owner as the request arrives, from its group or its tags. Either way one name is on it, so nobody assumes a teammate already replied.

03

Priority and status, at a glance

Flag a ticket urgent, set it to open, pending, or solved, and filter the queue down to whatever you need to work on next.

One connected system

A CRM and ticketing system on one record.

A request does not sit alone in a help desk. It links to the same contact, deals, and invoices the rest of the company already works from, which is what makes this a CRM system for customer service rather than a queue bolted onto one.

  • Ticket from a customer links to their contact and open deals.
  • Billing question, finance sees the invoice on the same record.
  • Reply to a ticket and the email thread saves to the queue.

Questions, answered.

Where do tickets come from?
Three places, all into the same queue: email forwarded to the address Spodus gives your workspace, the customer portal, and the request form you embed on your own site behind a help button.
Can I sort the queue my own way?
Yes. Filter by owner, priority, status, or product, save the view, and each agent works from the list that fits how they triage.
Do customers need a login to raise a ticket?
No. They can email your support address or use the portal, and neither gives them a Spodus account, so there is no seat to pay for.
Is Spodus a customer service CRM or a helpdesk?
Both, in one product. A customer service CRM keeps the customer's history; a helpdesk keeps the queue. Here the ticket is a record on the same customer as the deal and the invoice, so the agent answering sees what sales sold and what billing sent. As a CRM ticketing system it stops there: there is no live chat and no phone line, only email, the portal and the web form.

Ticket queue: included, never an add-on.
