Calendar settings
Set the calendar's default view, the day your week starts, your work hours, the default event length and alert, and what shows on the grid.
Calendar settings change how your calendar looks and what a new event starts with. They're your own settings. They don't change the calendar for your teammates.
Open calendar settings
- On the calendar, click Calendar settings (the gear) in the toolbar, then Calendar settings…. Or click the arrow next to New event, then Customize calendar.
- Or click your picture in the page bar, click Settings, and under Modules click Calendar.
Changes save as you make them.

Calendars
- Connected accounts lists the calendars you sync from Google or Outlook. Click Connect a calendar or Manage connected calendars to go to Settings > Accounts. See Connect your calendar.
- Video conferencing is where you connect Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. See Add a video call.
- Show on calendar turns each source on or off: Events, Synced calendar, and records with a date, such as tasks, deals and invoices.
Sidebar
Show, hide and reorder the sections of the calendar's sidebar: Priorities, Meet with, Assigned to me, Today & overdue and Backlog. Hover over a section to see the arrows that move it up or down.
Upcoming meeting
- Show the upcoming meeting puts what's on now or next in the calendar's header, with Join when it has a video link.
- Show time left shows how long a meeting in progress has left, instead of the time until the next one.
Time blocking
- Show tasks with a due date puts tasks on the day they're due.
- Show done tasks keeps tasks marked Done on the calendar.
- Time block prefix is the text before a task's name when you drag it onto an hour, such as "Work on". Leave it empty for the name alone.
- Work schedule sets your working hours for each day. Turn a day off to mark it as a Day off. Darken non-working hours uses these hours.
