Sequence stats
See how a sequence is doing: people enrolled, emails sent, reply rate, events booked, bounces and unsubscribes, in total and for each email.
The Stats tab of a sequence shows how many people it reached, how many replied, and how each email did.
Things to know
- Stats show once the sequence is published and its first email goes out. Until then the tab says No numbers yet.
- The reply rate is the share of people who got at least one email and replied. A sequence that sent nothing shows "—", not 0%.
- The Sequences list shows each sequence's Active recipients and Reply rate too.
See a sequence's stats
- Go to More > Sequences and open the sequence.
- Click the Stats tab.
- Pick a range at the top right: All time, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days.
The totals
| Figure | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Enrolled | People enrolled, with how many are still active |
| Sent | Emails sent, with how many people got them |
| Reply rate | People who replied, out of people who got an email |
| Events booked | People who left because an event was booked with them |
| Bounced | Emails that couldn't be delivered |
| Unsubscribed | People who asked to stop |
Each email
By email lists every email in the sequence with how many were Sent, Replied, the Reply rate and how many Bounced.
If you have published the sequence more than once, a version menu appears next to the range. Each version shows its number and the date you published it. The table starts on the newest version.
