Block senders
Block an email address or a whole domain so mail from it is never imported from your connected mailbox, and unblock it again when you need to.
Block a sender to keep their email out of Spodus, for example newsletters, a personal contact or an internal tool. You can block one address or a whole domain.
Things to know
- Your blocked senders list is your own. It applies to the mailboxes you connected, not to your teammates' or to shared mailboxes.
- An email isn't imported if anyone on it, as sender or recipient, is on your list.
- Blocking stops new mail from being imported. It doesn't remove email that's already in Spodus.
- Blocked senders also don't appear when you import contacts from your email.
Block a sender
- Click your picture at the right end of the page bar, then Settings.
- Under Personal, click Accounts.
- Under Blocked senders, click Add.
- Type an email address, such as name@example.com, or a domain with an @ in front, such as @example.com. Separate several with commas.

- Go to Settings > Accounts.
- Under Blocked senders, click the X beside the address or domain.
