Form responses
See every answer people sent through a form, search them, open one in full with the record it created, delete responses and export them as CSV.
Every answer sent through a published form is kept as a response on the form, whether or not the form also creates a record.
Things to know
- On the Free plan, all your forms together can take 100 responses a calendar month (UTC). Deleted responses still count. Starter and Growth have no monthly limit.
- When Free's monthly responses are used up, visitors see "This form isn't accepting responses right now. Please try again later." Owners, admins and anyone notified about the form get a notification in the bell.
- Test answers from Preview are never saved.
- The forms list shows how many responses each form has. Sort it by Most responses to see your busiest forms first.
Read responses
- Go to More > Forms and open the form.
- Click Responses at the top. The count beside it is the number of responses.
Each row is one response, newest first. The Submitted column shows the date and time, then each question has its own column. If the form creates records, a Record column shows what each response created. Click Load more at the bottom to see older responses.
Open one response
Click a row. A side panel shows every answer, with "Not answered" for questions left blank. If the response created a record, a link such as Open the lead it created takes you to it.
Search responses
Type in Search responses. Spodus finds responses whose answers contain the text you typed, and the count changes to show how many match.
Delete responses
- Tick the boxes next to the responses, or tick the box in the header to select all that are shown.
- Click Delete followed by the number selected.
You can also click Delete in an open response. Deleted responses move to the Trash. Click Undo in the message to bring them back.
Export to CSV
Click Export CSV. The file has every response, with a column for each question, Submitted at and Record link. Answers to questions you have since removed are kept, in columns marked "(removed question)".
