Dashboards and reportsUpdated
Build a dashboard
Make a dashboard, add ready-made cards for deals, revenue, tickets and more from the gallery, then move, resize, rename or delete them.
Dashboards show live numbers from your workspace as cards: charts, totals and lists. You build one by picking cards from a gallery, then dragging them into place.
Things to know
- Each dashboard is a tab at the top of the Dashboards page.
- Free allows 3 dashboards, Starter 25 and Growth 100.
- Cards are drawn from your own records and update as they change. Click Refresh to fetch the latest numbers.
- Cards for a module that is turned off in your workspace aren't offered.
- Changes save as you make them. There is no edit mode.
- Dashboards made before the card gallery can hold older widgets. Those have a Remove widget button instead of the options menu.
Make a dashboard
- Click Dashboards in the rail on the left.
- Click New dashboard (+) after the last tab. A new, empty dashboard opens.
- Double-click its tab to rename it.
Add cards
- Click Add cards.
- Pick a module on the left, or search, such as "revenue", "tickets" or "overdue".
- Click each card you want. Cards already on the dashboard can't be picked again. Previews in the gallery use sample data.
- Click the add button at the bottom, such as Add 3 cards.
Arrange cards
Cards can be moved and resized on a desktop-width screen.
- Move a card by dragging its header.
- Resize a card by dragging its right edge. Cards snap to the sizes they are designed for. You can also pick a Size from the card's options menu (⋮).
- Remove a card from its options menu with Remove from dashboard.
The same menu has Open, followed by the module's name, to go to the records behind the card.
Manage dashboards
Click Dashboard options (⋮) next to Add cards to:
- Rename dashboard
- Duplicate dashboard
- Reset to defaults: replaces every dashboard in the workspace, not just this one, with the starting set. This can't be undone.
- Delete dashboard: shown when you have more than one.
