The outbox
See every sequence email due in the next 24 hours from your mailboxes, why one is waiting, how much each mailbox sent today, and stop an email.
The outbox lists the sequence emails due in the next 24 hours. Check it before a send surprises you.
Before you start
- Sequences are on the Starter and Growth plans.
Things to know
- The outbox shows emails from your own mailboxes, and emails to people you enrolled from a teammate's mailbox.
- Only active people in active sequences show here. Paused people don't.
- At the top, each mailbox shows how many emails it has sent today against its daily limit, such as "12 of 50 sent today".
Open the outbox
Go to More > Sequences and click Outbox in the sidebar.
Each row shows When the email goes, who it goes To, its Status, the Sequence, the Step (such as "Email 2 of 4") and the mailbox it is From.
Why an email is waiting
The Status column says Scheduled for an email that goes on time. Otherwise it says why it will go later:
- Outside sending hours: it goes when the sending window next opens. When shows that time.
- Daily limit, sends tomorrow: the mailbox has sent its daily limit. It goes after midnight UTC.
- Waiting for Ask Spodus: Ask Spodus hasn't written the person's personal lines yet.
Stop an email
- Click ⋯ at the end of the row.
- Click Stop this email, then Stop email.
The person leaves the sequence and gets no more emails from it. You can enroll them again later. You need permission to send email to see this menu.
