Turn modules on and off
Switch modules such as Revenue, Support, Team and Time tracking on or off in Data model. Turning one off hides it and keeps its records.
A module is a set of boards that work together, like Revenue or Support. Turn on the ones your business uses so the rest stay out of the way.
Things to know
-
These modules switch on and off as a whole:
Module What it adds Revenue Invoices, quotes, payments, credit notes and tax rates Support Tickets, macros and help articles Team People, teams, time off, reviews and bookings Project delivery Expenses, the client costs on projects Contracts & retainers Contracts Time tracking Time entries -
Modules start switched off, unless you picked them when you set up the workspace.
-
Core boards such as Contacts, Companies, Deals, Leads, Tasks, Projects and Milestones are not part of a module. Each has its own switch in the Boards table.
-
Turning a module off hides it for everyone. Its records, automations and links stay. Turn it back on and everything is where you left it.
-
When a module is off, it leaves the icon bar, search and pickers.
Turn a module on or off
- Go to Settings > Data model.
- Under Modules, find the module. The Covers column lists every board it switches.
- Use the switch in the Availability column.
In the Boards table below, a board that belongs to a module switches with it.
Change a module's settings
Once a module is on, its settings page is listed in the Settings sidebar under Modules: Revenue, Support and Time tracking. Calendar is always there.
