Share a view link

Copy a link to a saved view and send it to a teammate, so they open the same list with the same filters, sorts and layout you saved.

Every view has its own link. Send it to a teammate and the list opens on that view for them.

Things to know

  • The link opens the view as it is saved. Changes you haven't saved are not in the link, so click Save first. See Save a view.
  • To share a filtered list, save it as a view first. The link points to the view, not to filters you have set on the fly.
  • The person you send it to must be able to see the view. If the view is Only visible to me, or it has been deleted, the link opens the list without it.
  • They also need access to the list itself.

Copy a view link

  1. Open the list, for example CRM > Deals.
  2. Click the ⋯ on the view's tab.
  3. Click Copy link.

You see Link copied. Paste the link into a message or email.
