Trash
Find records, forms and form answers you deleted, restore them within 30 days, or delete them for good one at a time or all at once.
Records you delete go to Trash first, so a mistake can be undone. Deleted forms and form answers go there too.
Things to know
- Items stay in Trash for 30 days, then are removed for good.
- Items in Trash keep their files, so they still count toward your storage.
- You see only the items you're allowed to see. To restore or delete an item for good, your role needs to be able to delete records on that board.
- Guests can't restore items.
- A restore can be refused if it would put you over a plan limit, such as macros or help articles.
Restore something
- Click More on the icon bar, then Trash.
- Find the item. Items are grouped by board, with when they were deleted and by whom.
- Click Restore.
The item goes back to the board it came from.
Delete something for good
- In Trash, click the delete icon at the end of the item's row.
- Click Delete forever to confirm.
This deletes the item and its files. It can't be undone.
Empty the trash
- In Trash, click Empty trash.
- Click Delete forever to confirm.
Everything you're allowed to delete is removed for good, with its files. Items you can't delete stay, and Spodus tells you how many.
