Import from your email
Turn the people in your connected mailbox into contacts, with a company for each business address, without typing them in or building a spreadsheet.
Spodus can read who you've been emailing and turn them into contacts. You pick who to add. Nothing is created until you click Import.
Before you start
- Connect your email. See Connect your email.
Things to know
- The list shows people in your own synced mail who aren't contacts yet. Automated senders, like no-reply addresses, are left out.
- People you wrote to start ticked. People who only wrote to you start unticked.
- Each person shows their address, their company's domain, how many emails you've exchanged and the date of the last one.
- A company is added for each new business address, like acme.com, and named from it. Addresses at public mail services, like gmail.com, get no company.
- If a company with that domain already exists, the contact is linked to it instead.
- New contacts and companies are owned by you, and each contact's Source is Email.
- On a large mailbox, the list shows the 2,000 people you emailed most recently.
- Your past emails with them show on their records straight away.
